The Juneau Construction Academy offers FREE construction training and job placement assistance to adults 18 and older.

The Juneau Academy is one of eleven academies funded by the legislature to prepare Alaskan workers for opportunities in the construction industry.  Local partners include Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority, Southeast Alaska Building Industry Association, Alaska Works Partnership, local unions, The Learning Connection, Associated General Contractors, University of Alaska Southeast,
Juneau School District and the Juneau Job Center.

The Juneau Construction Academy is funded by the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development, the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development and the Denali Commission.
